After returning He served the country in various executive and scientific positions and research management in universities and the Agricultural Research Organization . Dr Emadi was the Deputy Minister of Agriculture during the years 1997-2005, and in 2005 he received the Productivity Award in the agricultural sector from the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and was selected as the best researcher in the field of agriculture . he went to Afghanistan in 2006 as an advisor to international organizations on reconstruction, serving as a senior adviser to the country's ministers of agriculture and rural development, and founded the Rural Development Research Institute. He returned to Iran in 2014 as an advisor of Technology Development to the Minister of the Agriculture, and in 2018 he left for Rome (Italy) as the Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and held this position for almost three years. During his tenure in this position, due to his unique knowledge and ability, he is the head of several institutions, meetings and meetings in this organization and two other international organizations based in Rome, namely the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the World Food Program ( WFP) . The most important of these are the Chairman of the Agricultural Technical Committee (COAG), the Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee (PC) and the Special Rapporteur of the World Food Safety Committee in this short period of time.He chaired the Near East and Ecological Agriculture Group and chaired many of the organization's international conferences .In addition to his various responsibilities, he served on the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in 2019 as a member of the Executive Board of the World Food Program. In addition to his various managerial and international responsibilities, Dr. Emadi did not neglect his academic activities. He participated in many international conferences to give lectures and present papers, and wrote many articles and books in English and Persian.During his tenure at the FAO, he authored two chapters of Spring Publications on FAO's role in food security and biodiversity conservation.
